Whenever I bathe in Yamuna, my skin itches. 

Whenever I quickly go out from an air-conditioned room, I get heatstroke. 

Whenever I ride on public transport, it’s like an oven. 

Whenever I sit down to eat, I can taste dust. 

Whenever I wake up, the first thing I hear is: Let’s dust the house!

It could have been said by me or you, or anyone living in Delhi. The statements displayed on rickshaws were derived from the collective writing project of the students of the Czech Department at the University of Delhi Pollution Diaries, which was an online platform for sharing the environmental experience from life in Delhi. The platform was active from May 2019 to April 2020.
